Reporting

We provide quarterly reports of compliance and Medication Therapy Management reports to physicians. You will receive reports which includes dispensing interval, current medication list, drug-drug interaction and other pertinent information our pharmacist has noted during interview with the patients. This review also includes preventing, identifying, reporting, and resolving medication-related problems, medication errors, or other irregularities and collaborating with the practitioner. The consultant pharmacist reviews are targeted to eliminate medication-related problems that arise from the use of a medication. These reports also includes a suggestion from the pharmacist in regarding to dosing, drug interaction and cost to the patient in regard to their insurance plan. Practitioners can choose to receive these reports either by fax or email.

Advocacy
