Advocacy Service

As your advocate we can help you complete and submit Patient Assistance Program (PAP) application on your behalf. Our advocate ensures that your application is complete according to the drug manufacturer program and submits necessary forms to your doctor and the manufacturer for processing. We also provide you with the initial 30 day supply of medication according the PAP until your supply arrives. Our service is quick and simple and reduces paperwork and record keeping and when it’s time to place refill orders or to reapply, we can help.

Our advocates are responsible for:

  • helping patients obtain, complete and sign the application
  • contacting program sponsor by phone to enroll patients
  • sending in documentation after the phone enrollment is complete
  • ordering refills for patients if they require assistance
  • helping patients re-enroll after a year, if needed
  • informing the program of any prescription, address or income changes
  • following up with the patient at intervals as needed by the program
